The Heart of Christmas: How Donate a Dinner Was Born

Last Christmas, while counting my blessings with family visiting from overseas, I thought about those who wouldn’t feel the same joy. That’s when Donate a Dinner was born—a way to bring festive meals and connection to those in need. That first year, we fed 70 households, including an elderly woman who cried when her box arrived, saying, “You’ve reminded me that Christmas is still special.” Moments like these are why we do what we do.
